Who holds the money. On your own gateway the money goes straight to your Stripe, PayPal or wallet. A merchant of record collects for you and handles tax, usually for a larger cut. Neither is wrong; know which one you’re choosing.

What happened to Sellix and Billgang?

Both are offline. The US Justice Department said in January 2025 that the FBI seized servers and domains of Sellix as the payment processor of the Cracked marketplace. billgang.com shows a law-enforcement seizure notice. Their own exports may still be on your computer; ShopFast's import reads them.

Can I move my store without losing my keys and customers?
